Product Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager in Hyderabad to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our non-technical offerings. You will define strategy and roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive product decisions that align with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities:
Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives
Conduct market analysis and user interviews to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities
Develop clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launches
Monitor key performance indicators and product metrics; analyze data to inform iterative improvements
Manage stakeholder communications, gather feedback, and maintain alignment across teams
Lead go-to-market planning, launch activities, and post-launch reviews
Facilitate agile ceremonies and work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery

Required Qualifications:
3–8 years of product management or related experience in a non-technical domain
Proven track record of launching and managing successful products
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience conducting market research and synthesizing customer insights
Familiarity with agile methodologies and common PM tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital services
MBA or other advanced business degree
Basic proficiency in data analysis and SQL
Understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design
Experience working with distributed or remote teams
