Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a proactive Product Manager to join our Hyderabad office. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of customer-centric solutions using Agile methodologies. **Responsibilities:** - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals - Gather and prioritize product requirements through market research and stakeholder interviews - Manage the product backlog, write user stories, and plan sprints in Jira - Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development - Monitor product performance using key metrics and customer feedback - Communicate product updates and roadmap status to executives and stakeholders - Ensure successful product launches and post-launch optimization **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role - Proficiency with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and issue tracking - Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and remote teams **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce product environments - Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) - Certification in Agile (CSPO, PSM) or product management - MBA or advanced degree in a related discipline - Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user-centered design
