About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Store Assistant to join our dynamic retail team in Dubai. You will support daily store operations, drive sales through effective promotion, maintain visual merchandising standards, and deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
Implement and maintain visual merchandising displays according to brand guidelines
Promote ongoing sales campaigns and upsell complementary products
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
Ensure store cleanliness and organization at all times
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner
Collaborate with the retail team to achieve store sales targets
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Assistant or Sales Promoter in a retail environment
Proven experience in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and transaction processing
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Customer-focused attitude with a positive, proactive approach
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Arabic
Experience in luxury or fashion retail
Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
Knowledge of current retail market trends in Dubai
Certification or training in customer service or retail sales
