Civil Engineer

**Job Title:** Civil Engineer **About the Role:** We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 0–2 years of experience to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will support the design, analysis, and supervision of civil engineering projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D, conduct structural assessments, oversee on-site inspections, prepare quantity estimates, and assist in project management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of infrastructure projects. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings and plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D - Conduct structural analysis and design for buildings and infrastructure - Supervise and inspect on-site construction activities to ensure quality and compliance - Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders - Perform quantity surveying and cost estimation for materials and labor - Ensure adherence to safety standards and local building codes - Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to resolve technical issues - Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field - 0–2 years of professional experience in civil engineering projects - Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D for drafting and design - Solid understanding of structural analysis principles - Experience or knowledge in site supervision and inspection processes - Ability to perform quantity surveying and estimation accurately - Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and tools - Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Willingness to work on-site at project locations in Hyderabad **Preferred Qualifications:** - Master’s degree, diploma, or certification in civil engineering or project management - Experience with additional engineering software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, Revit) - Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) - Internship or project experience in large-scale infrastructure projects - Familiarity with sustainable design practices and materials - Proficiency in local languages (Telugu, Hindi) alongside English - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
