Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a Product Manager based in Hyderabad to lead the development and execution of our product roadmap. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, marketing and sales—to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, agile methodology expertise, and hands-on experience with Jira to manage product backlogs and sprints. **Responsibilities:** - Define and maintain the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business value and customer feedback - Gather and document product requirements by engaging with stakeholders and end users - Manage the Agile development process using Jira: create and groom backlogs, write user stories, track sprint progress and resolve impediments - Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases - Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform iterations and optimizations - Coordinate product launches, including go-to-market plans, training materials and stakeholder communications - Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and escalate issues as needed **Required Qualifications:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in product management or a related role - Proficiency in Jira for backlog management, sprint planning and issue tracking - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working on SaaS or technology products - Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user-centered design - Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel - Certification in Product Management or Agile (e.g., CSPO, PMI-ACP) - Experience collaborating with distributed or cross-cultural teams
