
Responsibility:
Inspecting and Verifying Inbound Shipments/Returns:
Receive and verify the condition and quantity of returned items against customer control sheet, EOD summary or any relevant return document.
Ensure that all items match the specifications, quantity, and quality listed in the shipment or return paperwork.
Data Entry and System Upload:
Accurately record all relevant data such as product details, quantities, and any discrepancies in the system.
Upload the verified data into the Routepro or other relevant software, ensuring real-time updates to stock levels.
Discrepancy Reporting:
Identify and report any discrepancies between physical goods and system records, such as missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
Collaborate with relevant teams (Sales, Finance, quality control, etc.) to resolve issues.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments (warehouse, inventory, quality control, and logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate any issues or potential delays that could affect workflow
Record Keeping:
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all inbound shipments, returns, and related activities.
Ensure that all records are stored properly for easy access and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
