· 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science or advanced analytics roles, with a strong track record of delivering production-grade solutions
· Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark, with the ability robust, well-structured, and efficient code that balances readability and performance
· Solid understanding of machine learning, statistical modeling, and experimentation, with the ability to apply the right approach to real-world business problems
· Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed data processing, as well as cloud-based data platforms (preferably Azure & Databricks)
