Quantity Surveyor

**Job Title:** Quantity Surveyor **About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will take ownership of cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration across large-scale construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining compliance with local regulations. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects - Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection and purchase order administration - Administer and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers - Monitor project costs and conduct regular cost control analyses - Ensure compliance with Saudi construction regulations and standards - Provide regular financial reporting and forecasting to project stakeholders - Identify and mitigate financial risks throughout the project lifecycle **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in quantity surveying on large-scale construction projects - Proven technical skills in surveying, measurement, and cost estimation - Strong non-technical skills in procurement management and contract administration - Proficiency with cost management software (e.g., CostX, WinQS) - Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills - Fluency in English; working knowledge of Arabic preferred **Preferred Qualifications:** - Master’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline - Professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIQS, PMP) - Experience with BIM-based cost modeling - In-depth knowledge of Saudi building codes and local market practices - Advanced proficiency in project management and financial reporting tools
