**Job Title:** Quantity Surveyors
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Riyadh office. The ideal candidate will oversee cost estimation, contract administration, and financial control of construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project budgets and timelines.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare detailed cost estimates using AutoCAD measurements and project plans
- Conduct tender analysis and evaluate subcontractor bids
- Administer contracts, including change orders and claims
- Monitor project costs and produce regular financial reports
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve cost-related issues
- Perform site visits to verify quantities and progress
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Maintain and update project documentation and records
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying on construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for quantity take-offs and drawing interpretation
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word for documentation and reporting
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for cost analysis and budgeting
- Strong understanding of contract law and construction procurement processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, MRICS)
- Experience with cost management software such as CostX or SAP
- Familiarity with Saudi building regulations and standards
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Experience leading a team of surveyors on large-scale projects
