**Job Title:** Recruiter **About the Role:** As a Recruiter based in Dubai, you will manage end-to-end talent acquisition for non-technical positions across the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to source, screen, and onboard top candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for applicants while adhering to local regulations and company policies. **Responsibilities:** - Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions - Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit - Coordinate interview schedules and collect feedback from stakeholders - Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate records - Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and prepare offer letters - Facilitate onboarding activities and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and visa requirements - Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs - Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources - Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities - Understanding of UAE labor laws and visa processes **Preferred Qualifications:** - Professional HR or recruitment certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) - Experience recruiting within the Middle East region - Fluency in English and Arabic - Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies - Experience using advanced sourcing tools or HRIS platforms
