Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to drive product awareness and business growth.
- Promote assigned products using evidence-based clinical knowledge while delivering impactful scientific presentations.
- Develop and execute territory plans to maximize coverage, achieve sales targets, and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights, providing valuable feedback to internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while managing product samples, CRM updates, and administrative activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- 2–5 years of pharmaceutical sales or product specialist experience.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE healthcare market, excellent communication skills, and ability to build relationships with HCPs.
