Business Analyst

You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create clear documentation, build wireframes, and manage tasks in Jira. This role offers an excellent opportunity to influence product development and process improvements in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements - Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories - Develop wireframes and mockups to visualize features, workflows, and user interfaces - Manage and track project tasks, issues, and sprints using Jira - Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for cross-functional teams - Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvement initiatives - Support QA teams by clarifying requirements and acceptance criteria **Required Qualifications:** - 0-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role - Strong non-technical documentation skills, including requirements gathering and user story creation - Proficiency in wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Axure) - Hands-on experience with Jira for issue tracking and project management - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field **Preferred Qualifications:** - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Experience with BPMN or other process modeling techniques - Professional certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA - Basic SQL or data analysis skills - Experience using prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch - Background in domains such as e-commerce, finance, or healthcare
