Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a proactive Product Manager to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. **Responsibilities:** - Define and own the product roadmap in alignment with company vision and goals - Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and customers - Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives - Collaborate with engineering teams using Jira to track, manage, and report on development progress - Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product strategy - Monitor key product metrics and KPIs, generating insights to guide continuous improvement - Partner with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centric design and optimal user experience - Communicate product updates and roadmaps to stakeholders and leadership **Required Qualifications:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in product management or a related role - Proficiency in Jira for issue tracking, backlog management, and reporting (technical skill) - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management (non-technical skill) - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based development processes **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in a startup or fast-paced technology environment - Basic knowledge of SQL or usage of data analysis tools - Exposure to UX/UI design principles or user research methods - Certification in Agile, Scrum Product Owner, or PMP - Prior experience working in or with teams based in Hyderabad or the Indian market
