Business Analyst

**Job Title:** Business Analyst **About the Role:** We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst based in Hyderabad to partner with cross-functional teams in defining, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. The ideal candidate will leverage Jira to manage workflows and ensure successful delivery of projects, while providing insights to drive strategic decisions. **Responsibilities:** - Gather and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops - Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories - Maintain and manage requirements and issue tracking using Jira - Collaborate with development and QA teams to refine user stories and acceptance criteria - Conduct gap analysis and process modeling to identify improvement opportunities - Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and project status - Assist in UAT planning and execution to ensure solutions meet business expectations - Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues as needed **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field - 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role - Proficient in using Jira for requirement management and issue tracking - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment **Preferred Qualifications:** - Certification in Agile or Scrum (CSM, PSM) - Experience with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) - Knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN) - Experience in banking, finance, or IT services domain - Familiarity with product management practices
