About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions, manage project workflows using Jira, and ensure timely delivery of analysis and documentation. You will work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, plan projects, and drive continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements
Use Jira to create, track, and manage user stories, tasks, and issue workflows
Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress and apply effective time management to meet deadlines
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements
Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Proficiency in Jira for requirements management and issue tracking
Strong project planning skills with the ability to develop and maintain timelines
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Familiarity with data analysis tools or SQL
Proven stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Knowledge of process modeling techniques such as UML or BPMN
