Solution Architect

**Job Title:** Solution Architect **About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect based in Riyadh to lead the design and delivery of complex enterprise solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to define architecture roadmaps, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and drive implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. **Responsibilities:** - Define and document solution architecture blueprints, standards, and best practices - Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into comprehensive architecture designs - Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet business objectives - Oversee the end-to-end implementation of solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines - Lead technical workshops, design reviews, and architecture governance boards - Provide mentorship and technical guidance to development and operations teams - Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance requirements - Continuously assess emerging technologies and industry trends to inform future architecture strategies **Required Qualifications:** - 15+ years of experience in IT, with at least 8 years in solution or enterprise architecture roles - Proven expertise in designing and delivering large-scale, enterprise solutions across cloud and on-premise environments - Deep technical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), integration patterns, microservices, and API management - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leadership - Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional and distributed teams - Fluency in English, both written and verbal **Preferred Qualifications:** - TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent enterprise architecture certification - AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent cloud certification - Experience in finance, telecommunications, or government sectors in the GCC region - Arabic language proficiency - PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification - Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance in Saudi Arabia
