Role Overview

As a Projects Sales Executive you will drive sales and specification across hospitality, luxury residential, and high-end mixed-use developments in the UAE. This role requires a highly proactive, field-oriented sales professional who can influence projects from early concept through to completion, secure specifications, and convert opportunities into revenue while positioning House of Rohl as the preferred multi-brand partner.

This role focuses on building strong relationships with developers, consultants and contractors to ensure our premium sanitaryware products are embedded into project plans. You will play a key role in influencing decision-makers, managing project pipelines, and supporting sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Specification Sales & Business Development

Represent the company with professionalism and integrity across the assigned territory.
Maintain a strong field presence, spending approximately 70–80% of time visiting construction sites and engaging with project stakeholders, contractors, developers, and fit-out specialists, and 20–30% with interior designers and specifiers.
Secure early-stage and live-project specifications and sales through active engagement with contractors, developers, consultants, and key decision-makers across the UAE.
Leverage existing networks and relationships to achieve short-term commercial wins.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, fit-out contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, and consultants.
Collaborate closely with dealers and channel partners to exchange project information, identify opportunities, and provide technical support.
Work closely with Regional Managers and EMEA HQ teams to convert specifications into confirmed sales.
Develop, manage, and track a robust pipeline of projects from initial specification through to final order and revenue realization.
Promote sanitaryware products through presentations, product demonstrations, and digital engagements to highlight product features, benefits, and brand value.
Provide technical guidance on product selection, application, and installation to clients and internal teams.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regional standards to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Achieve sales targets by securing product inclusion in key projects and maximizing specification-to-order conversion.
Ensure all specifications and documentation comply with relevant regulations, project requirements, and local standards.
Leverage internal technical, value engineering, and project support teams to strengthen proposals and improve win rates.
Segment and target projects across Hospitality, Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Government, and Education sectors.
Identify new opportunities within existing and emerging channels and recommend strategic actions.
Maintain high standards of reporting, communication, and accountability with management.
Provide weekly activity reports and monthly business forecasts, ensuring accurate pipeline management and deliverables.
Participate actively in sales meetings, project reviews, and strategic planning initiatives.

CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate and timely CRM entries for all project activities.
Ensure complete and detailed project data is linked to Key Account Management.
Follow up consistently on pending actions until project closure.
Deliver regular market insights and sales outlook updates.
Adhere to corporate reporting protocols and timelines.

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· 5+ years Proven experience of Projects Sales within the building materials industry, construction, interiors, or luxury building products – preferably sanitaryware.

· An established and active strong network within the UAE A&D, contractor, and developer community.

· Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and complex project pipelines.

· Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.

· Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working in a field-based role.

· Strong understanding of local market dynamics and construction industry standards.

· Experience managing complex pipelines using CRM and structured reporting tools

· Experience working with premium or design-led brands

Additional Information

This role may require domestic travel for client meetings, training sessions, events, and exhibitions. Travel will be coordinated under the supervision of the line manager.
