Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a driven Product Manager in Hyderabad to own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that delight users and drive business growth. **Responsibilities:** - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, user feedback, and business goals - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and prioritize user stories, epics, and backlog items in Jira - Lead Agile planning ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives - Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and data-driven experiments to validate assumptions and inform product decisions - Track key performance metrics, generate insights, and iterate on product features to optimize user engagement and retention - Communicate product updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership - Coordinate with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption **Required Qualifications:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in product management or a related role - Proficiency with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and issue tracking - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certifications - Exposure to user research methodologies and A/B testing - Previous experience in a fast-paced startup or tech company
