Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a motivated Product Manager based in Hyderabad to drive the development and execution of our product roadmap. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define product requirements, and leverage tools like Jira to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain the product roadmap based on market research and stakeholder input - Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define and prioritize features - Write clear and detailed product requirements and user stories in Jira - Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy - Monitor product performance and KPIs, using data to drive decisions and optimizations - Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings - Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on product features **Required Qualifications:** - Minimum 1 year of non-technical product management experience - At least 1 year of hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and sprint planning - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field - Experience working in SaaS or e-commerce products - Familiarity with user research methodologies and tools - Basic knowledge of SQL or analytics platforms - Jira administration or customization experience
