Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive product strategy to meet customer needs and business objectives. **Responsibilities:** - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals - Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, stakeholders, and market research - Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities - Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule - Develop user stories, manage product backlog, and support sprint planning - Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to guide iterative improvements - Coordinate go-to-market activities and communicate product updates to stakeholders - Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field - Minimum 1 year of experience in product management or a related role - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement - Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle - Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with SQL and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) - Familiarity with UX research methods and A/B testing frameworks - Certification in product management (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Marketing) - Prior experience in a fast-paced software development environment - Advanced degree such as MBA or MSc in a relevant discipline
