Project Manager

**Job Title:** Project Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Hyderabad to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic IT projects. You will leverage Agile methodologies to drive cross-functional collaboration, manage project scope, schedule, budget, and ensure alignment with business objectives throughout the project lifecycle. **Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Scrum/Kanban frameworks - Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resource allocation, and resolve dependencies - Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues - Communicate project status, progress, and escalations to stakeholders and senior leadership - Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and business requirements - Promote continuous improvement and best practices in project management **Required Qualifications:** - 10–15 years of project management experience in IT or software development - Strong technical expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) - Advanced skills in project planning, scheduling, and resource management - Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-team projects on time and within budget - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills - Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) - Solid understanding of risk management, change control, and quality assurance processes **Preferred Qualifications:** - PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification - Experience managing distributed or offshore teams - Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field - Familiarity with additional methodologies (Waterfall, Lean) - Experience in telecommunications or financial services industry
