Job Purpose:

To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems including Split AC, Window AC, and Package Units, as well as submersible pumps, exhaust fans, electrical control panels, water pumping systems, and HDPE piping systems. The technician will support maintenance activities for offices, warehouses, accommodations, and protected farm facilities, ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

· Responsible for preventive and reactive maintenance of HVAC systems including split AC, package AC, and window AC units.

· Perform troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems, LV panels, MDB, SMDB, DB including control panels and submersible pump panels etc.

· Carry out plumbing works such as maintenance of PVC, PPR, HDPE pipelines, valves, and submersible pumps. Monitor and update all kinds of water line, Tanks, Submersible pump etc.

· Attend maintenance complaints and emergency breakdowns at project locations.

· Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with maintenance standards and procedures.

Technical Competencies

Education, Certifications and Professional Experience (Required for satisfactory performance on the job)

Educational Qualification:

· Technical certification from ITI, ITC, or equivalent in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, with attestation as per UAE requirements.

Professional Certifications:

· Job related training preferred.

Experience:

· Above 5 years exp. As AC maintenance technician.
