**Job Title:** Software Developers **About the Role:** We are seeking enthusiastic Software Developers to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will design and build web applications using Python and React, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while growing your technical skills in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain web applications using Python for backend services and React for user interfaces - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features - Write clean, modular, and testable code following best practices - Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack, optimizing performance and scalability - Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge - Contribute to documentation, technical specifications, and release notes - Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to our tech stack **Required Qualifications:** - 0–2 years of professional software development experience - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with its core libraries - Experience building single-page applications using React - Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration patterns - Working knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git - Good problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment **Preferred Qualifications:** - Internship or project experience with Django, Flask, or similar Python frameworks - Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux - Experience with testing frameworks like PyTest, Jest, or similar - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Demonstrated self-motivation and eagerness to learn new technologies
