Customer Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Customer Project Manager based in Hyderabad to lead and deliver complex customer-focused initiatives. This role requires mastery in non-technical change management, exceptional stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion. You will partner closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions, high adoption rates, and outstanding satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and communication plans
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, steering committee meetings, and status updates
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones
Track project performance, generate reports, and present insights to leadership
Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and feedback loops

Required Qualifications:
14+ years of experience in project management or customer-facing roles
Proven expertise in non-technical change management methodologies
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Solid experience with project management tools and reporting
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
Experience with Agile methodologies
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
Prior experience in IT services or technology implementations
Familiarity with the Hyderabad market and regional customers
