Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the definition, development, and delivery of innovative digital products in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in non-technical product strategy, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and at least five years of experience driving product success in dynamic markets. **Responsibilities:** - Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals - Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify needs and opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, design, and operations to launch and optimize products - Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and resource constraints - Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor product performance and inform data-driven decisions - Manage stakeholder relationships and present product updates to senior leadership - Drive continuous improvement through user feedback, competitive analysis, and industry trends **Required Qualifications:** - Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in consumer or B2B environments - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute non-technical product strategies - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions - Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities - Proven track record of launching and scaling products successfully - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field - Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working in the MENA region or familiarity with the Dubai market - Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development frameworks - Background in digital, mobile, or e-commerce products - Proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages - Experience using analytics tools to drive product decisions
