Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Promoter based in Abu Dhabi to drive in-store product visibility, engage customers, and support sales objectives through effective merchandising and relationship-building.
Responsibilities:
Promote products to customers through proactive engagement and demonstrations
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Design and implement attractive visual merchandising displays in line with brand guidelines
Maintain product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to ensure product availability
Gather market and competitor insights to inform merchandising strategies
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns
Required Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in sales promotion or retail merchandising roles
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong visual merchandising skills with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Abu Dhabi or UAE retail market
Proficiency in Arabic
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory management
Basic proficiency with MS Office applications
Certification or training in visual merchandising or retail sales
