**Job Title:** Software Developers **About the Role:** We are seeking early-career Software Developers to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will design and build scalable web applications using Python and React, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the full software development lifecycle. **Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python (Django/Flask) and React - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive user interfaces - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback - Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize application performance - Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality - Work in an Agile environment and attend daily stand-ups and sprint planning **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 0-2 years of professional software development experience - Proficiency in Python and familiarity with web frameworks such as Django or Flask - Experience building interactive user interfaces with React - Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Good verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment **Preferred Qualifications:** - Internship or project experience in a professional software development setting - Experience with version control systems, particularly Git - Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases - Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - Understanding of Agile methodologies and SCRUM processes
