Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are looking for a driven Product Manager to join our Hyderabad office. In this role, you will define and execute product strategy, collaborate with engineering and design teams, and own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. You will leverage Jira to manage backlogs and ensure timely delivery of features that delight our customers. **Responsibilities:** - Define and maintain the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business value and customer feedback - Gather and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Use Jira to create and manage sprints, backlogs, and workflows - Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and support teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery - Monitor product performance metrics and iterate on features to drive user engagement and growth - Conduct market and competitive research to inform product decisions - Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions **Required Qualifications:** - 1+ years of product management or related experience in a software environment - Proficiency in using Jira for backlog management and sprint planning - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar product management certification - Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau - Understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices - Experience in a SaaS or mobile application product role
