Business Analyst

**Job Title:** Business Analyst **About the Role:** We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst based in Hyderabad to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will gather and document requirements, create wireframes, manage tasks in Jira, and facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and development teams. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements - Develop clear, non-technical requirement documents and process flows - Design wireframes and prototypes to illustrate functional specifications - Create and manage user stories, tasks, and issue tracking in Jira - Conduct meetings and presentations to communicate progress and clarifications - Analyze processes and recommend improvements to optimize business outcomes **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field - 0–3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role - Strong non-technical documentation skills - Proficiency with wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq) - Hands-on experience using Jira for task and issue tracking - Excellent stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis techniques - Certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA - Familiarity with UX/UI design principles - Prior exposure to fintech or e-commerce domain
