About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our Abu Dhabi operations, drive strategic initiatives, oversee vendor selection, and manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives
Lead the vendor selection process, including RFP development, evaluation, and contract negotiation
Oversee annual budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align operational goals
Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Identify cost‐savings opportunities and implement process improvements
Ensure adherence to local regulations and corporate policies
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 13 years of progressive leadership experience in operations or program management
Proven expertise in non-technical vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management
Strong budget management skills, including planning, forecasting, and cost control
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities
Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree or MBA
Experience working in Abu Dhabi or the broader Middle East region
Familiarity with local regulatory and compliance requirements
Professional certifications in procurement, project management, or finance
Fluency in English and Arabic
Experience in sectors such as government, energy, or infrastructure development
