**Job Title:** IT Graduate - UAE National
**About the Role:**
Join our Ajman-based IT Graduate program where you will support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise solutions. You will work alongside experienced engineers to build skills in database management, software development, and technical troubleshooting, contributing to impactful projects in a dynamic environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the development and maintenance of applications using Java and Python
- Support database design, implementation, and optimization in Oracle and SQL environments
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across software and database systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Write and maintain clear technical documentation and user guides
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards and best practices
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 0–2 years of hands-on experience or academic projects involving Oracle databases
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries
- Solid understanding of Java programming fundamentals
- Familiarity with Python scripting and automation
- Basic troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Internship or project experience in IT support or software development
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of Arabic language
