**Job Title:** Product Manager
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a Product Manager based in Hyderabad to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of our software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure seamless execution using Agile methodologies.
**Responsibilities:**
- Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features
- Use Jira to manage task backlog, sprints, and issue tracking
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform product decisions
- Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback
**Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum 1+ years of product management or related experience
- Proficiency in Jira for backlog management and issue tracking
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with data analytics tools and A/B testing
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
- MBA or advanced degree in business, technology, or related field
- Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner certification
- Knowledge of Hyderabad and Indian IT market trends
