VP of Recruitment

**Job Title:** VP of Recruitment **About the Role:** As the VP of Recruitment based in Bangalore, you will lead and scale our non-technical hiring function, driving high-volume and large-scale recruitment initiatives to support rapid organizational growth. You will partner with senior leadership to develop strategic talent acquisition plans, optimize processes, and build a world-class recruitment team. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for non-technical roles across all business functions - Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of recruiters and coordinators - Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand workforce plans and align recruitment priorities - Manage high-volume and large-scale hiring campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality of hire - Implement and monitor recruitment metrics, KPIs, and reporting to drive continuous improvement - Oversee employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to attract top talent - Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and recruitment best practices **Required Qualifications:** - 10+ years of progressive experience in non-technical recruitment, including high-volume and large-scale hiring - Proven track record of leading recruitment teams and driving results in fast-paced environments - Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills with business leaders - Expertise in applicant tracking systems, recruitment analytics, and process optimization - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate **Preferred Qualifications:** - MBA or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field - Experience in a startup or technology services company environment - Certification in talent acquisition or related HR disciplines - Demonstrated success in employer branding and diversity & inclusion initiatives - Familiarity with advanced recruitment technologies and sourcing tools
