Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer with 0-2 years of experience to join our Hyderabad team. You will design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python, FastAPI, and React. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions in an agile environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI
Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces with React
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Contribute to agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Required Qualifications:
0-2 years of software development experience
Proficiency in Python programming
Hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar Python web frameworks
Experience building front-end applications using React
Solid understanding of RESTful API design
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience with unit testing frameworks and test automation
Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
