**Job Title:** Software Developers **About the Role:** We are seeking motivated entry-level Software Developers to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will work on designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Python and React, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Develop and maintain web applications using Python for back-end and React for front-end - Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices - Perform debugging, testing, and code reviews to ensure software quality - Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups - Document code, APIs, and application workflows - Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues **Required Qualifications:** - 0-2 years of professional experience in software development - Proficiency in Python and JavaScript - Hands-on experience with React and component-based architecture - Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with Python web frameworks (Django or Flask) - Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux - Familiarity with database design and SQL/NoSQL databases - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Prior internship or project experience in full-stack development
