Customer Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic initiatives for our clients in Hyderabad. In this role, you will manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive stakeholder management and clear communication.

Responsibilities:
Own full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and facilitating regular status updates
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, resolving issues and mitigating risks to maintain project momentum
Conduct project review sessions, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare and present comprehensive project reports and performance metrics to senior leadership

Required Qualifications:
14+ years of experience in customer-facing project management roles
Proven expertise in stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
Experience working in IT services or technology consulting environments
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or MS Project
MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline
Track record of driving process improvements and operational excellence
