Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager based in Dubai to drive the development, launch, and optimization of our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage data insights, and manage API integrations to deliver exceptional user experiences and achieve business objectives. **Responsibilities:** - Define and own product roadmap, strategy, and vision in alignment with company goals - Collaborate with engineering teams to design, implement, and manage API integrations - Analyze user data through Google Analytics and other tools to inform product decisions - Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, customer-centric solutions - Prioritize features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business impact - Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring on-time delivery and clear communication - Monitor product performance metrics and iterate on product features to optimize KPIs - Engage stakeholders and present product updates, roadmaps, and performance reports **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field - Minimum 5 years of product management experience in technology or digital services - Proven experience with API integration and managing technical requirements - Proficiency in Google Analytics for product performance tracking and reporting - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities - Experience working in agile development environments - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural setting **Preferred Qualifications:** - Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) in Business or Technology - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent agile certification - Experience in MENA market or knowledge of regional digital trends - Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-based architectures - Basic understanding of UX research and design principles - Arabic language proficiency - Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
