**Job Title:** Software Developer **About the Role:** We are seeking a motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. In this entry-level position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and React, while growing your skills in a fast-paced Agile environment. **Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python - Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React - Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features - Write clean, maintainable code and comprehensive technical documentation - Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability - Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience - 0–2 years of professional software development experience - Proficiency in Python and core JavaScript concepts - Experience building front-end applications with React - Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful API integration - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git - Strong problem-solving skills and effective verbal and written communication **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask - Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux) - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) - Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker - Experience working with relational (PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB) - Understanding of unit testing frameworks such as pytest and Jest - Prior internship or project experience in Agile/Scrum environments
