Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a driven Product Manager to join our Hyderabad office and lead the development and optimization of our software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, ensuring successful delivery and user satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** - Define and prioritize product backlog items and user stories using Jira - Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product decisions - Develop product roadmaps and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership - Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives - Track key performance metrics and iterate on product features based on user feedback and data **Required Qualifications:** - 1-3 years of experience in a product management or related role - Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management and sprint planning - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) to drive data-informed decisions - Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment - Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-centered design - Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) in a relevant discipline
