**Job Title:** Product Manager
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a motivated Product Manager to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will define product vision, prioritize features, and work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions that delight our users and drive business growth.
**Responsibilities:**
- Define and communicate product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Gather and prioritize product requirements through market research and stakeholder feedback
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver features on schedule
- Track product performance metrics and analyze user feedback to inform continuous improvement
- Manage backlog items in Jira and ensure clear user stories and acceptance criteria
**Required Qualifications:**
- 1+ years of experience in product management or a related role
- Proficiency in Jira for issue tracking, sprint planning, and project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user-centric product development
- Knowledge of SQL or analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) for performance tracking
- Master’s degree or MBA
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce industries
