In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain features that deliver exceptional user experiences. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain web applications using Python and React - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define and implement new features - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices - Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance - Assist in writing technical documentation and user guides **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 0-2 years of professional software development experience - Proficiency in Python programming and core libraries - Experience building user interfaces with React - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and HTTP protocols - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Effective communication and teamwork abilities **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask - Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux - Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) - Experience with version control systems, especially Git - Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure - Contributions to open-source projects or personal software initiatives
