About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Store Assistant to join our retail team in Dubai. You will support daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, assist in visual merchandising, and help drive sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, offering product knowledge and recommendations
Maintain attractive and organized product displays according to visual merchandising standards
Support stock replenishment, inventory counts, and merchandise transfers
Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, and handle cash accurately
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment at all times
Assist with promotional events and in-store marketing activities
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a retail or store assistant role
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in sales promotion and meeting sales goals
Basic understanding of visual merchandising principles
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in luxury or high-end retail environments
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
Familiarity with Dubai retail market and customer preferences
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
Certification or training in visual merchandising
