Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a driven Product Manager based in Hyderabad to own the vision, strategy, and execution of our software products. You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality features that delight customers and drive business growth. **Responsibilities:** - Define and prioritize product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals - Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria; manage product backlog using Jira - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, marketing) to ensure timely delivery of features - Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify new opportunities - Analyze product performance metrics and KPIs to inform data-driven decisions - Communicate product updates and roadmaps to stakeholders and senior leadership - Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives **Required Qualifications:** - 1+ years of product management or related experience in a software environment - Proficiency with Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software products - Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools - Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and user research methodologies - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certification - Prior experience working in a fast-paced agile development environment
