Sales Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director based in Riyadh to drive enterprise sales growth, build and manage strategic channel partnerships, and oversee the full sales cycle using Salesforce CRM. This leadership role will report to the regional VP and collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an enterprise sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the Riyadh market
Identify and engage C-level executives at target accounts to build long-term relationships
Lead negotiations and close high-value deals while ensuring favorable contract terms
Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline, forecast accurately, and generate meaningful sales reports
Establish and manage strategic channel partnerships to drive indirect sales growth
Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and performance metrics
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings and campaigns for the local market
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market tactics

Required Qualifications:
10 to 20 years of proven success in enterprise sales roles (non-technical)
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing large deals (non-technical)
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting (technical)
Experience developing and managing channel partnerships to drive indirect revenue (non-technical)
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in technology or software sales within the GCC region
Demonstrated success in leading sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Familiarity with local regulatory and cultural business practices in Saudi Arabia
MBA or relevant advanced degree
