About the Role:
We are seeking a CRM Manager based in Al Khobar to lead the implementation, optimization, and administration of our CRM systems. The ideal candidate will manage Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot platforms, drive data analysis through Power BI and Excel, and integrate systems via REST API and SQL. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to enhance customer engagement, streamline processes, and support revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Administer and configure Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot CRM platforms
Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
Develop and maintain data integrations between CRM systems and other applications via REST API and SQL
Customize CRM interfaces and workflows using JavaScript and native platform tools
Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all CRM databases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, map processes, and deliver CRM solutions
Provide training, documentation, and support to end users
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements
Define and track key CRM metrics to measure adoption and ROI
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot CRM platforms
Proven expertise in building dashboards and reports with Power BI and advanced Excel
Strong experience integrating systems using REST API and writing SQL queries
Familiarity with JavaScript for CRM customization
Solid understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and user adoption strategies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certification, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification, or HubSpot Certification
Power BI or data analytics certification
Experience with marketing automation tools and campaign management
Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent)
Prior experience working in the GCC region or Saudi market
Fluency in English and Arabic
