**Job Title:** Quality Surveyors **About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Quality Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate cost estimation, contract administration, tender management, and risk and value engineering to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct detailed cost estimation and planning for construction projects - Administer and manage contracts and subcontracts throughout the project lifecycle - Prepare, evaluate and negotiate tender documents, bids and procurement strategies - Implement risk and value engineering techniques to optimize project costs and performance - Perform site inspections and quality surveys to verify compliance with specifications and standards - Monitor project budgets, variations and financial reporting - Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders to resolve queries and manage expectations - Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, industry regulations and company quality procedures **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field - 4–10 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management roles - Proven expertise in cost estimation & planning, contract management, tendering & procurement, and risk & value engineering - Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project lifecycle and procurement processes - Proficiency with industry software (e.g., QS measurement tools, MS Excel) - Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills - In-depth knowledge of Saudi building regulations and standards **Preferred Qualifications:** - Professional certification such as MRICS or PMP - Experience on large-scale residential or commercial projects in the Middle East - Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems - Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam) - Fluency in Arabic and English - Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in multidisciplinary teams
