Job Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Sales Officer to promote and sell Personal Loans and Credit Cards to retail banking customers. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, customer relationship management experience, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Personal Loan and Credit Card products to new and existing customers.
• Generate leads through referrals, walk-in customers, and direct sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.
• Ensure all applications and supporting documents are accurately completed and submitted.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up on leads and application status to ensure timely processing.
• Participate in sales campaigns, branch activities, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Keep updated on product features, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of banking sales experience in Personal Loans and/or Credit Cards.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products and sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
• UAE banking experience is preferred.
