Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a driven Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. You will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use Jira to manage and prioritize the backlog. This role demands a proactive problem solver with at least 1 year of experience in product management and strong stakeholder communication skills. **Responsibilities:** - Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap - Gather and prioritize requirements based on market research and customer feedback - Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery - Manage and maintain product backlog in Jira, ensuring clear user stories and acceptance criteria - Monitor product performance metrics and drive data-informed decisions - Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospective meetings - Conduct competitive analysis and stay up to date with industry trends - Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate product enhancements **Required Qualifications:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in product management or related role - Proficiency in Jira for backlog management and Agile workflows - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field - Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Familiarity with UX/UI best practices - Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools - Experience working in a SaaS or technology startup environment - Prior experience launching products in the Hyderabad market
