.NET Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned .NET Engineer with 6-10 years of experience to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the Microsoft stack and cloud technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Web API
Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
Integrate with SQL Server databases and implement efficient data access patterns
Develop and deploy solutions on Azure cloud platforms (App Services, Functions, etc.)
Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and QA to deliver end-to-end solutions
Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:
6-10 years of professional experience in software development using C# and .NET Core
Strong expertise in ASP.NET, Web API, and RESTful service design
Proficient in SQL Server, including database design, T-SQL, and performance tuning
Experience deploying and managing applications on Microsoft Azure
Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration practices
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, MCSA)
Experience with automated testing frameworks and TDD
Exposure to distributed caching, messaging systems (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ)
