Business Analyst

**Job Title:** Business Analyst **About the Role:** We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will gather and analyze business requirements, support non-technical project planning activities, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive improvements to business processes. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet organizational objectives. **Responsibilities:** - Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders - Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify improvements - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports - Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to drive consensus - Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly - Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues to project leadership - Prepare business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role - At least 1 year of non-technical project planning experience - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau - Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) - Professional certification in business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) - Experience in IT, finance, or healthcare domains - Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle concepts
